About Us

Fulfilling a Mission since 2012

About T4D

Conceived by former medical student leaders, T4D connects high school and undergraduate students with current minority physicians (allopathic, osteopathic, and podiatric), dentists, pharmacists and medical students, all of whom serve as Tour mentors and facilitators.

Our bi-annual tours to colleges and universities across the US have engaged underrepresented minorities in interactive and informational sessions. Since 2012, we’ve visited 43 campuses and mentored more than 3500 students. We are proud to have visited a mix of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and community colleges.

Our virtual programs reach an even broader audience as we bring the same interactive experiences through online platforms.

Our Mission

To educate, inspire and cultivate future physicians, dentists, and pharmacists of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds by forming local connections in order to fulfill a national need.
