Our Programs

Tour for Diversity in Medicine (T4D) provides and participates in a variety of opportunities in order to connect with students on multiple platforms.

Our Tours

Since 2012, we’ve visited 43 campuses and mentored more than 3500 students. We are proud to have visited a mix of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and community colleges.

Virtual Events

From hosted webinars to the 2020 #VirtualT4D, from Instagram Live to our Mentors Stories featured on YouTube, we bring our students both interactive and recorded opportunities to learn and be inspired!

Collaborations

We recognize the importance of partnerships and we work to bring our unique twist to every new event. As we reach new audiences, we appreciate the work of our collaborators along the diversity pathway.

Testimonials

  • Now being on the "other side," the most valuable thing I got from the T4D is a tangible evidence that my goals are extremely doable and to be more confident in reaching out to and learning from the people who have come before me...When I did T4D it seemed so far away, but here I am 5 years later about to graduate- not because I had good grades and some extracurriculars and definitely not because of my test taking skills, but because I had the opportunity to share my story with people who became my advocates and a part of my support system...Just continue to work hard, position yourself to be helped, be patient and trust the process. The blood, sweat and tears are well worth it and you will be amazing.
